McKenzie Foundation Awards $5,000 Grant

The River School is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a $5,000 grant from the McKenzie Foundation located in Greenwich, CT. This grant will help fund assessment materials to be used with infants and toddlers with hearing loss who attend our program. The progress of these young children is closely monitored with clinical testing every six months.

The River School is fortunate to have the McKenzie Foundation partner with us in our mission to provide successful educational experiences for children and their families by uniting the best practices of early childhood education and oral deaf education; and to promote clinical research and training in child language and literacy.
