Financial Aid
All applicants must submit a completed Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) to School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) by February 1.
The online PFS application is available on November 15 on the NAIS website. Once on the website, click the "Enter Now" button under "Website for Families." Then click the "Apply for Financial Aid" button, and on the subsequent page, click on "Start a New FPS." This will be your application, and NAIS will provide the school with a financial analysis online using your data.
All applicants must provide The River School with a copy of the PFS, a signed copy of last year's IRS tax return form 1040 with schedules, and copies of 2010 W-2s by February 1. These materials should be sent to the attention of The River School Business Office.
Grants become final only upon our receipt, review, and verification of this year's tax returns and W2s.
Notification to individual families will be mailed by the end of March.
